How do I build a lid?

Pick a Patch, pick a lid, and checkout. We sew the patches on prior to shipping unless otherwise noted in the cart note section. If ordering more than one patch/hat combo please let us know how you would like them sewn in the note section. 

Do you make custom personal/business logo patches?

Unfortunately, at this time we only sell vintage patches, hopefully in the future we will have a custom option available.

What are the pre-made lids?

Pre-made lids are already sewn and ready to ship. These will typically shipped out next business day.

Can I mail in my own patch to be sewn onto a hat?

Absolutely! We have a mail in your own patch option on the website. Once you select this option along with a lid from our inventory, add it to your cart, and checkout. We will email you our address to mail in your patch. Once we receive your patch, we will sew it onto the lid you purchased from us and ship it directly to you!

Do you accept returns/refunds?

We do not accept returns/refunds on custom order and sales/ clearance items. However if you have a problem with your order please contact us. Customer service is very important to us!

We ship with USPS. We are not responsible for lost mail. If you have an issue with shipping please contact your local USPS. **Please make sure your address is correct before checking out.**
